1. Services

Arrow Inspection Services provides mold inspection and testing, radon testing, and post-remediation verification inspections to homeowners and property managers in Chippewa Falls and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

2. Scheduling & Payments

Service appointments are confirmed upon booking. Payment terms and accepted methods are communicated during scheduling. Full payment is typically required at or before the time of inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure access to the property and provide accurate information about site conditions. Missed appointments or failure to provide access may result in additional charges.

4. Reports & Deliverables

Clients will receive detailed inspection reports. These reports are intended solely for the client’s use and may not be altered or distributed without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Arrow Inspection Services is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the inspection in question.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes indicates your acceptance.
