Our Story

We’re here because we’ve been there.

Arrow Inspection Services was founded from personal experience and a powerful purpose. When my wife suffered from health issues caused by mold toxicity, we lived through the fear, confusion, and helplessness that come with invisible threats in your own home. Seeing how mold disrupted her well-being — and the toll it took on our family — was a turning point that opened my eyes to how common and harmful mold exposure can be.

We started Arrow because we know what it’s like to worry about your health — and we know what it takes to get answers.

That’s why I left a 15-year career in the electrical trade to start Arrow Inspection Services. Driven to protect my own family and help others navigate invisible home threats, I combined my technical experience with a personal commitment: to provide thorough, reliable mold and radon inspections that create a safe, healthy haven in every home.

Meet Jake

Owner & Inspector

I’m Jake, co-founder and lead inspector at Arrow Inspection Services. As a licensed home inspector with a background in residential and commercial electrical work, and foreclosure renovator, I’ve developed a sharp eye for the hidden issues that can affect a home’s safety and integrity. My years as a licensed electrician gave me a deep understanding of how homes are built, how systems interact, and where moisture and radon issues often begin.

But what truly sets my work apart isn’t just technical expertise — it’s my commitment to turn uncertainty into clear, confident action. That’s why every inspection is handled with care, attention to detail, and a focus on giving you clear, actionable steps.
