Our Mold Services
Mold Inspections & Sampling
We inspect your home top to bottom — attic, basement, walls, windows, HVAC systems, and more — using moisture meters, thermal imaging, and endoscope cameras to detect hidden moisture. We collect air and surface samples as needed to identify mold types and levels, and provide a detailed report of the results.
Remediation INspections
After remediation, we perform a detailed inspection with sampling to ensure your home is truly mold free, giving you peace of mind with documented results.
Why Mold Matters in Northwestern Wisconsin
In Wisconsin’s damp climate and changing seasons, homes in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, and nearby areas are especially vulnerable to hidden moisture and mold. Roof leaks, attic condensation, and basement seepage can quickly lead to mold growth — often in places where you can’t see it.
Left untreated, mold can damage your home’s structure and trigger health issues like asthma, brain fog, headaches, fatigue, and skin irritation. And because mold affects everyone differently, it isn’t easy to connect the dots between unexplainable symptoms and the air you’re breathing.
We help you uncover where mold is hiding, why it’s there, and what to do next - so you can breathe easier and move forward with confidence.

Consultation Call
Meet one-on-one with your inspector to discuss your goals, health concerns, home and water damage history, and any visible or suspected mold issues.
Inspection Day
Your inspector will walk through the entire home—inside and out—using advanced tools to detect hidden mold risks, while capturing notes, photos, and samples for a detailed, personalized report.
Sampling Review
After the inspection, we’ll have a quick 30-minute call to review what we found and the samples taken—once you approve and pay, we’ll send them to the lab, with results usually back in about 3 weeks.
Report Review
Once lab results are in, we’ll combine them with your inspection into a clear report with cleanup tips. You’ll get the report and a link to book a 1-hour call to review findings, ask questions, and plan next steps, including referrals if needed.
